Snow much fun!
Dear family and friends,

We enjoyed the snow that finally fell in January after a snow-challenged Christmas.  It was great to learn to play in the snow, to sled and to build forts.  Zach and JoAnna got a chance to go skiing with relatives at Afton Alps and thoroughly enjoyed it.

There were also opportunities to share about what God is doing in Thailand.  Tom and Joy had the opportunity to speak at Bethlehem Baptist church on a Wed. night.  They also spoke at Grace Baptist in Grantsburg, WI and at the First Baptist Church of Falun.  It was wonderful to see so many people at these churches and to meet individually with others.  God has blessed us by allowing us to live and work in Thailand.

Blessings to you all.
Ellie discovers snow and ice.
Zach was determined to play hockey.  But he usually found himself as you see him above.  Also, lake skating has peculiar challenges: avoiding open water and geese poo.
Zach discovers Scrabble.  It was strange to see an 8 yr old fall in love with a game generally associated with the grey haired set.
The cousins discover monopoly.  It was so much fun ... until you are the bankruptee and not the bankrupter.
Joy's brother and sister-in-law announced by an email picture that they are having their forth child.  We replied with this email picture.
